What stage clutch for 290 HP?

what stage clutch is good for a gsr in upper 200 hp range 280 etc. stage 1 clutch good??

I'd say Stage II.
Stage III is killer for daily drive. too hard in traffic rush.

Id say stage 2 also. I'd check out exedy, centerforce, clutch masters, and act to start.

Get the centerforce dual friction, i just have the stage II and i love it, one of my buddies has about that kind of hp your talknig about and he has the dual friction and he says its perfect for his car. Also go with a flywheel when you switch clutch.
