What tires should I get?

My Integra skids whenever it rains. I do need new tires but I can only afford no more than 120 bucks per tire.
The specification is P195/ 60 R14/ 85H.
Any recommendations on decent tire brands? Thanks.

Kumho makes a great all season tire....Low on the budget too.

Kumho 732 Touring Plus $37 ea.

Yokohamo Avid H4's $55 ea.

These are both all season tires.

Falkens, Yokos, Michelins, Kumhos, Toyos... all good tires.
