Which clutch /flywheel to pick?

Okay guys when it comes down to it heres my car

1994 Integra LS with
-GS-R Tranny
-AEM Short Ram Intake
-Greddy 4-2-1 header
-testpipe
-Greddy Evo2 exhaust
which two would you pick for the best clutch/flywheel
for DD(I do drive alot) and fun here and there

Exedy standard OE replacement clutch + F1 Racing X-Lite Chromoly Flywheel 9.5 lbs

or

Exedy standard OE replacement clutch + Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel 7.5 lbs

EDIT first post found two clutch/flywheel packages that seem to be good
and the Exedy clutch/ Exedyflywheel is to much.....

I personally went with the exedy stage 2 and fidanza light flywheel...they work preety good....im loving it so far!
