not too sure if the same applies, but i work in the HVAc world and have done some air balancing with ductwork and I know that when measuring CFM (usually at 1" H2O) 1-2 cfm is considered very minute and in this case not really worth the fight or debate about it lol....just my .02. I guess this is where porting and polishing heads would come into play...
