The obd2b p73 ecu has the key immobilizer built in it

And so do 00-01 acura integra GSR's

Now will a obd2b p73 work in a 00-01 integra gsr?

Since they both use the immobilizer setup

I'm not totally sure so you should still get some second opinions on this, but the ECU should work, HOWEVER you will have to take the car up to a dealership with proof of ownership to have the ECU reflashed in order for it to work. Might be more involved than that but I think that's all you need to do. Good luck!

Why do you wanna run the R ecu? Why don't you just score the OBD2B P72? Jus curious

yes it will work... but the car has to be taken to the dealer so they can program ur key to that computer... no receipt is needed or shouldnt be needed... I've done this before...
