i don't know what all comes with that part number but i have bought parts from them and they were great and i got the parts fast i would most definitely buy from them in the future

sounds like you may have just blown the fuse. I would start with that first. they share the same fuse so its a possibility but than there is the fact of what caused it so possible short too

Yes you can all 94-99 2door integras rear bumpers are interchangable

You can use the hood and fenders without a problem. if you use the bumper you will have to change the keadlights and cormer lights that match the bumper.

Doesnt sound right at all. I average about 260-280 a tank im 50-50 city and highway. GSR with I/H/E and im not easy on the gas pedal at all.
