On a stock motor, why not. Obviously something went wrong with his install if he's getting steady white smoke after changing it. Given you've done dozens, you sound a little more experienced in using them, don't know if the OP is.

Cometic head gaskets can be problematic, stick to a stock/fel pro one unless you're boosting...

Explore your options for kits, that one comes with an internal wastegated turbo which limits boost levels and also limits what replacement turbos you can go with if you ever decide to go for more power down the road.

That has nothing to do with the alignment. Sitting low would be a spring problem.

You just need the bearing(s) from the parts store. Installation requires either a puller or press to remove the hub and old bearing and to press the new one in.

Could be the solenoid screen needs cleaning/replacing also. Normally VTEC only engages when the motor is warmed up and the oil pressure is high enough, I think the JDM motors have less sensors then the USDM though.

The maint Req light is trigger by mileage, had nothing to do with you running out of gas, It'll keep coming on and more frequent til you reset it. Check the sticky at the top of this section of the forum for steps how to.

Depends, stock rebuild? Adding performance parts? What kinda shape is the existing motor in, etc.. Figure a couple grand to do it right.

The clutch kit will come with a new pressure plate. Get your flywheel turned or replaced also.

Have a compression test done on the motor. Do you see blue smoke out of the exhaust at any time? Getting oil puddles under the car?

Last time something like that happened to me, the input shaft on my trans was snapped... You should be getting something unless the clutch is completed toasted...
