cool man! I plan on doing some body work on my car this summer also. I want to remove all the dents and stuff but never had done any body work before. Any advice, can you explain the process on how to remove the dents sand, bond and all that stuff?

I have a 94' integra ls. I was looking at adding a front lip. On the OEM front bumper you can remove the bottom piece right below the signal lamps. Can I attach the front lip to there or do I need to remove the rubber molding part and attach it there? The reason why I wanted to install it right...
