I'm not sure why, but ever since I built this motor this crank pulley has been a bitch to get off.

I torque down the same way I've done every other pulley, but when I need to take it off, fuck! The 600ft/lb gun wouldn't take it off, It took two 7ft breaker bars, one holding the pulley and one loosening the nut.

Maybe it's the high rpms?

Hahaha I've been growing it for a year now after my aunt got cancer, it's my good deed for someone in the future.

I used to have longer hair when I was like 13 but when I turned 16 I realized I could pull off the Mohawk much better :lol:

I don't think high RPM are the issue, because mine comes off super easy. However, yours also doesn't have any dampening rubber. Never been a fan of the solid pulley.
