what is the easiest and cheapest way to get a lilltle more pep in my stock 95 stock ls?
And what is the difference between a long block and a short block?

keep your car maintained, an unhealthy integra is a slow sluggish integra. Make sure you have the proper tire pressure, also take off the heavy stuff from your car, like books and a bowling ball you forgot to take out.
if you have those things taken car of, an Intake, Header, Exhaust will free up robbed power. Lighter flywheel as stated with an upgraded cluth. You might want to look into suspension upgrades also, and better brakes (I have to look into brakes myself)
