Front/Rear bumper support removal?

i was halfway to cutting out my rear bumper support to make room for the uk rear fog but i said fuck it and took it out. if i got rear ended, i would get hit in the tails anyways...

Yeah with our cars being so low, getting rear ended wouldn't even matter....

seriously.. i was looking at it and was like.. 'wtf?! it'll hit the trunk if anything!!'
but i doubt you'll see any noticable gains in the low end. maybe, but not much.

they're pretty hefty actually. when i removed the rear one, i kinda bashed my foot..

one thing i did when i was driving a civic and delivering pizzas was i never filled my tank over half way up...
the added weight would kill my MPG for the first half tank
just some food for thought

oh and thanks jznsn2u...shes still needs a lot of love but shes getting there
