fuel pressure regulator

Have a b18b1 turbo. Stock injectors and ecu. After I installed my fuel pressure regulator, it was running at 90 to 100 psi. Lol that's a lot. It was running but bogs at idle, but runs smooth while I'm driving. recently turned it down to 20 psi and car drives and idles great, just like a stock car but it doesn't pull like how it was lol.
So my qyest ion is where should I set me fuel pressure for now with stock injectors with dtock injectors and a 255 walbro fuel pump?

Also running a garret t04e turbo if that helps out

get a tune
have the tuner set the fuel flow rate
dont touch it

well I'd imagine if you got better injectors and tuned it like it was said before in previous threads you'd be fine.

Your only running 20psi? Isn't stock gsr like 50-55 with the vacuum line unhooked and pinched?

i think i run like 48psi and maybe like 55 unhooked

You set it to stock fuel pressure which is around 47-54psi at idle with the vac hose disconnected. And then you get it tuned asap.
