Idling issues.

So I'm starting to get really frustrated with my car. After I got the tensioner fixed and it timed She ran amazing. Then last week it started idling low at about 500 rpms. Saturday my check engine light came on and it started idling at about 350 rpms and drop below 100 in neutral or after coming to a stop. If I'd give it gas itd sputter and then get going, just about dying everytime. Found out my CYP sensor was bad and needed to replace my dizzy. So to I got my dizzy put it in and no change, except no engine light. I dont know whats going on can anyone give me some possible causes. Theres no vac leaks I checked so I know thats not the problem.

well i know that my cat is rattling I need to replace it but now it doesnt drop anymore and its starting to run better I think after I reset the ecu it just needed time to completely reboot. Im going to give it a day and go from there. Its a 98 integra ls
