It is a direct bolt up, HOWEVER there will be 2 holes exposed one on each side. The one on the left will be 3/4 exposed and is smaller in size. The hole on the left side will be, from my recollection, 2/3 exposed. What I did was get rubber grommets and cut them to the size and shape of the semi exposed holes. The spoiler will hold them in (you'll see what I;m talking about when you do it). For the hole on the left you will need to cut a little groove out of your grommet as well for the wire for the LED light to go through.
It looked great especially since mt teg is black and so were the grommets/spoiler so you would never notice them unless you walked right up to my hatch and looked for them. It looked sick.
However, Ive since went back to the GSR spoiler. Good luck and happy spoilering (just made that word up) ^ ^
