need help installing new shocks

This really isn't a two person job persay, unless you don't know what you're doing. You can really only do it by yourself which still isn't hard in my eyes

4 bolts in the front, 3 bolts in the back, shouldnt be to hard to figure it out, suspension for our cars is pretty straight forward

Are those stock replacement struts? Or struts made for lowering springs?
