Judging from these 2 I'm gonna say valve cover gasket, You can see what appears to be oil running down the head from the corner of the valve cover.

What on earth is all over that cam seal?

Damn pimp, what ever that is, it's scaring the oil out of the engine.

And wtf the owner thought they were sealing, the hover dam? o_O

Possible but unlikely, You can clearly see oil coming from the valve cover.

If it was leaking a little you could retorque the head and it would probably slow it down or stop it for a while.

valve cover gasket or dizzy o ring but most likely the valve cover. 25$ at autozone or orilleys. just need a 10mm socket.

I'm gonna say VC, You can see oil coming from the corner of it in that first pic I posted, Mine did the same thing to me when a valve cover stud stripped while I torqued it down on that corner, I didn't know it was stripped until I took it off to reseal it and it came off with my fingers.
