Question about headers!!!!!

I was looking at different headers and I saw some Spec D headers for a 98 Integra RS for $70

My question is, are these headers worth it and will I see any gains from them? also how good would they go with a yonaka catback exhaust?

Get a DC header. cheap headers can have cheap welds and break. You also will need a tune to see any real difference

You get what you pay for. Might not even be worth putting too much into that motor imo.

bolt ons are fine because you can put them on whatever motor later on.

I would lean towards the DC as well, although I got mine for free because the welds from the pipe to the flange cracked on #2 & #3, the "ebay special" will make the same or similar power; you're more likely to had fittment and weld issues

None, the minimal gains you get from a header isn't enough to change the AFR
