Site issue with DIY how to link

Not sure if this is the way it's supposed to be?? But when I click the "DIY-how to" link at the top of the page, without selecting a category it takes me to the track racing section of the site. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen, or if it's supposed to be like that? Just want mods to be aware if this is in fact an issue.

it's just the main link if you're on a comp, Dai Lon. Sends me to 'track' as well
