Urgent Help!

After my car warms up & has been running for a while it idles up & down. Like this. What is going on & how can i fix it?



2nd Problem

Followed the instructions for diagnosing the vehicles problems with the ECU & if i counted correctly then number came p to 23, but 23 = Knock Sensor & my SOHC ZC doesnt have a knock sensor i beleive.

and do you have the oem ecu?

all my bouncing idle problems could be traced to a low coolant level or not properly bleeding the coolant system of air, ive cleaned the iacv and it was never it, not once. btw im a certified toyota mechanic.

Can you check what ecu you have? It's fairly easy to check. Its on the passenger kick panel. Check the following pictures,

Give us the code, like this ^. That specific ecu is from a civic si, p28.

Update!

Fix the idle issue, cleaned the IACV & FIV( think thats the name)
