What Motor Oil Do You Guys Use? And What Gas do you put in your car?

Royal Purple 5w30, K&N Oil filter

And I only touch,and run Exxon gas in all my cars. I used to run Shell all the time, but since I switched to Exxon/Royal Purple I've been very pleased with the results.

I don't run premium or mid-grade,...Why bother wasting money? Its a low compression LS?

^^i ran 87 on my LS but the GSR calls for premium.

anyways, i only use top tier fuels.

Oil filter: Hamp Synergy

Gas: 76 91 premium octane.

all it is, the oil is pickin up carbon deposits/ dirt through the engine, nothing you can really do except regualr changes

gah i was afraid of that answer. means the engine is gettin old huh? how many miles do you think is too many to turbocharge?

gas: 91 octane chevron
and it is recommended you change your motor oil ever 2500-3000 miles. answering the post above where poster stated why his oil went black so fast.

Pensoil 10w-30 change it about 3000-4000miles. only had it for a couple mounths though.
Wow yall change your oil alot!
86octane gas from shell station[just started using shell gas] cuz higher octane is not needed in my LS.
