    Engine RPMs aren't the kicker, it is the volume of air being pushed into the exhaust housing that is key. Turbos themselves spin much faster than 4k rpms. This comment confuses me.

    If the noise goes away when you turn right replace the right bearing. Bad bearing roar will seem to dissipate when the weight of the car is transferred away from it. If you're not getting the roar when you turn right, the weight is being "rocked" to the left and taken off the bad right bearing.

    Do what Muck said. Get your proper calculations on compression, an OBD1 Vtec ECU and get it socketed and chipped. Then use the basemap to get you to the tuner and have it tuned properly.

    After reading your last 2 posts my thoughts still stand. The TPS is not "one way or another", it needs to be calibrated. Watch the Youtube video Skunk2 did if you need a how to. Next, get rid of that garbage ass chip. It is not a tune from Mugen, it's some junk eBay chip. Get a real tune done...

    Are you lowered? What size tires/wheels? Check the wheel well for rubbing. Then we can talk about the PS system if none of that is the culprit.

    You want to find a K series with 3 rocker Vtec like the K20A2, Z3, or R. I don't recall off hand which/if any K24s were 3 rocker.

    Did you calibrate the TPS sensor correctly when you installed it? What map is in the ECU? Did you degree the cam shafts in? Put an OEM fuel pump and regulator in.     This is actually true. Honda does not recommend using any flush machine. They recommend doing multiple 3 qt drain and fills to change trans fluid completely.
