so your emissions station is centeralized. the vin number gotta match the car, call deq and see what exceptions they have for ecu swaps and motor swaps. in va, the motor must be same year or newer and have all emission equipment from that model year. there are probally a exception though.

you looking at cartridges, that's the way they all were in the beginning, im pretty sure they make a strut for the teg. and id do it all being its almost 20yrs old, at least anything rubber anyway.
