OEM ITR lip kit installed. Had to order the head gasket so that's still not done. Touching up a few things here and there so it will be ready as so as the gasket comes in. Also ported the header so it matches up with the head. Ill try to get some pics of that when I can.

All polished out. No where near perfect but it's no show car. I'm happy with it and that's what matters. Finishing the head install and should be starting this weekend. Nobody around here had the wrinkle red so the valve cover will have to wait.

My old Ls powered hatch I had full bolt one with a good tune and had 162 to the front wheels. Pretty good with just bolt ons.

But my experience I've never actually seen one that needs filed down.

Yea it shouldn't hurt anything because either way it shouldn't have to be filed down much.

As long as its a decent brand or oem you shouldn't have to change anything on it.

Yea it would be easiest to pull the head first and drop the block and trans as one

Use a jack and drop it through the bottom. I've done many that way and that's how I pulled my motor this last time and did it myself. Put the car up on jack stands unhook all your wiring/axles and start lowering it down.

It's possible but not sure when. I put in new bearings and rings. Finally finished the wet sanding from where I painted it now I just gotta finish polishing
