from what i understand... lower iso for night and higher for day?

how do i make a color, ( is it hue? ) pop out more... like lets say... the EBP. how they make the blue color stand out more than usual.

Other way around, ISO 100-400 for day 800-6400 at night.

I really like the way it looks!

i found a tutorial type thing in a photography magazine that tought you how to do it with water at night. pretty much the only difference is to use an actual light pointing at the subject and a super fast film speed. if you do it with say a person in a swimming pool it'll make this really cool blue glow around the person.

Canon has a setting where you can adjust the hue and saturation a little bit. I'm sure Nikon is the same.
