no i was talking about the hx35 turbo spooling a little slower than my he351 because of the exhaust housing. That little t25 spooled like crazy but ran out of breath.

Im hoping it will build boost a little quicker tho because it has a smaller 9cm2 exhaust housing and i think the hx35 has a 12cm2 housing but the hx35 also has a smaller compressor wheel so the spool might be the same idk.

guy i bought it from said he made 340 whp at around 12psi on a stock b16a. of course it depends on dyno an a couple other factors but it should be good.

Yeah I seen your build that's why I asked for your opinion. They offered tool steel wrist pins as an upgrade but I don't think I'll be hitting as much power as you are. And for fuel I'm going e85 even tho I only have one station in my town.

I know you went with wisecos but whats your opinion on supertech 12.5:1 84mm with a b16 head. im only shooting for 4-450.

well its a t3 with a .65 ar exhaust housing. shouldnt be hard to spool.

I bought the turbo because it flows the same as a EFR7670 = 60 lbs/min and more than a GTX3071R = 57 lbs/min. And spools just as fast if not faster than a gt3071r. And your right there made for diesel engines, but thats a good thing on a daily driver because everything is beefed up. Those turbos...

hey guys just bought a holset he351cw turbo and had a question while i wait for it to arrive. That turbo has a 4 inch outlet on the exhaust side and i was just wondering if i could make a 4 inch to 3 inch downpipe. Or do i have to run 4 inch all the way back? Thank for any advice..

Well what im wanting to do is put a gsr 5th gear in my b16 trans. So what parts do i need? and i know alot of people are going to say ls 5th but i dont like the ls 5th.

Hey guys looking to do a 5th gear swap and had a question. Do i need the gear on the output shaft only or do i need the input and output shaft?

Hey guys trying to figure out if I have to send my buddys teg to the frame shop after a little fender bender. Could some one please give me the measurements between the two front rails. We already order the new core support just wanna make sure everything lines up.

Welcome to CI. You can have the p\s pulley machined off at your local machine shop.

Line up your timing marks. And i second the loss of compression sounds like bent valves. even so if he over heated the engine that bad i would either rebuild or replace. What engine is it? Might be cheaper to replace with a jdm counterpart. Like if its an ls i would snag a jdm b20 less than 800...

Give us a little more info about your car. What year? Any other mods? If its just a stock gsr you will lose power with that manifold and throttle body.
