I would use the ITR pistons on the Le rod/crank setup. The Ls rod/crank has a long stroke so you will get more low net torque. Just get the crank balanced and use arp rod and main bolts so you can rev it high.

It's probably a valve tick. Pop your hood, start the car and listen as you rev the car up with the throttle lever on the throttle body. If the noise raises with the rpm's then that's what it is. It's common on older engines. You can try getting a valve adjustment and using better oil.

Wd40 is a lubricant...the squealing you hear is from your belts slipping. Wd40 does the opposite of what you want. Go to any auto parts store and buy belt dressing.

Turbo guys relocate the map sensor to get more accurate psi readings on their data logs. That's just about the only reason to move it.
