Hey guys, this may be a simple problem but I'm a bit stumped at the moment. I have a 98 integra that's running 19lbs of boost. The issue I'm running into is that when I get above 5lbs of boost my clutch goes flat and I can't shift unless I let the car run with a vacuum instead of a boost for 20...

yea im driving it now to work out the kinks on the base tune. everything works fine on it so far, and the clutch feels great. should be good for the dyno but im gonna drive it around more to break in the motor and make sure nothing pops up while its getting tuned.... dont want the oil pan to...

by turbo controller you mean boost controller right? cause regardless of psi you need one. ive seen some people ( on dsm's) make there own MANUAL boost controllers from parts at lowes. or you can buy a hallman manual boost controller for like 60 bucks... heres a link to one here

car-parts.com has some... ive seen heads for around $200 there.. they pull them off salvaged cars but all the parts ive gotten from the site for various cars have been in good condition

you did say when you got the car the wiring was all cut to shit... maybe your speakers are fucked and thats whats giving you that noise.. im not to much into audio but seems plausible since there wasnt a head unit in there to begin with
