it did come with a blox 68mm TB so maybe your right cause i was also feeling around the IM and couldnt find the engraving that says p72, p73...ect.

i found out that the ecu was a p28 after all not a p72 so when it would cross over to vtec it would freak out because since it is untuned it is set up for a non vtech ex civic...i just got a p72 ecu now so it should be all good

thought i might update this. i ended up getting a B16 tranny with a stage 2 competition clutch and light flywheel as well as a skunk 2 intake manifold to my setup.

thats what ive been trying to do but no luck. does it matter if it have to hit the pin from the bottom or the top because from looking at it it looks like the pin is flared out larger then the hole?
