i dont believe in none of that......the only way the world can end is if there is a nuclear war then we will all b f**ked...or like my boyz father said "the reason the world is going to end is because of all the gay peoples, there going to b left with lesbians and they are not gonna wanna do it because there gay"...lmao he is funny lol...it was better wen he said it tho....

How about the rumblings in Yellowstone lately ... i haven't searched but history says it's due (plus or minus 100 years). Could it blow most of the continental U.S. ? Another reason you all should live a happy, righteous life... your ticket could get puched anytime.

i don't think it will blow the US to pieces, but it will be a major wrench in the gears. i've heard the most devastation will happen in a 700mile radius around the volcano.

global warming will indeed happen. i don't really think global warming is an issue, but i don't think peoplee should debbate whether it's manmade or not. we are at the mercy of the Planet, the least we could do is do our best to respect it. if Al Gore changes peoples minds and makes the "believe" global warminng is an issue, then that's awesome!

i don't think the lights will go out on12/21/2012, just something major might happen in the near future, like within the next 50 years. such as an outbreak or something that kills off a lot of people.

? explain what happen in Mississippi. i know storm surges cause flooding, but the levees failing because of the storm surge and being below sea level iss what caused the disaster in New Orleans.

Global warming won't indeed happen, no one knows either way, nor has anyone been able to prove beyond doubt what causes climate change. It could be natural, it could be influenced by man....but no one knows for sure. But I totally agree that we should do what we can to protect the planet. But I don't think we should officially designate carbon dioxide a pollutant, or have the Government tell car companies what kind of cars to make, or tell me how high I can set the heat or A/C in my house or what kind of light bulbs I have to use.

My archaeology professor is a Mayan specialist who goes on digs in Belize all the time. He has translated the Mayan calendar, and kindly informed me a few months back that 12/21/2012 was originally found from an old, WRONG translation of the Mayan calendar. Then everyone else just decided to fit Nostradamus' writings into that date. The book they got the info from on the show is all pictures! Symbols can me anything anyone wants them too.

Plus the Mayan calendar is set up in circular patterns. It doesn't end!

i totally agree with you. i know when it comes time for me to build my own house, it will be as independent as possible. solar panels, geothermal....etc etc...i just would like to have a house free from the grid.

Nothing left, all the acess ways into Biloxi were wiped out, bridges left to nothing, out of power for 3 months, no way to get water in. The media was so stuck on New Orleans that nothing came to biloxi. As a matter of face the main highway, which was highway 90 is stil torn up

Considering the eye of the storm passed east of New Orleans. Biloxi, gulfport, the pass, and Bay St.Louis took the hardest hit of the storm, the most destruction occured here. New orleans just got damaged from the breech of the levves like you said and their GVT knew that the levees couldn't take more than a Cat 2 storm and NEVER did anything about it. It was a bunch of political BS. THe hurricane didn't damage New Orleans, the Levees did. We got storm damage

I dont! hahaha they also said something major was gonna happen in the year 2000 but i didnt see shit. so i think its just another myth. What i think happen is the myan writing everything down just died when he started to write 2012 so thats why it stops lol
