    Gas leak and idle problem

    3000 idle may be a vacuum leak. do you have a chk eng light? and do yourself a favor and dont look for an idle screw. you don't wanna mess with the tb. gas at the rear may be a gas line leak. trace the line, use a lighter if you want to find it quickly. (please dont really do that)

    if google or ebay cant find it, it may be really hard to get one. they're not the kind of vehicle with an extreme amount of knock offs floating around, and at it's inception, the market for that was low, so there's not many of those parts floating around. g1teg may have some randomly for sale.

    it would take a bit of troubleshooting. switch ignition on and see if you hear the pump. also listen for the relay to click. the relay can work on and off until it completely quits. 1500 is a bit pricey for a g1 that runs sometimes, unless the body and interior is outstanding...
