So I hate to ask this but honestly I have no idea what it's called. At the end of the tie rod that connects to the knuckle, there is like a ball joint. The boots on them on both sides of my car are ripped and I want to replace them... Whole tie rod or can I replace that "ball joint"

Should I spend the extra $ and buy moog replacement parts? I am doing a full bushing kit soon and I want to replace all ball joints and tie rods (possibly even the steering rack) and haven't heard much about Moog. A buddy of mine has used them but other than that I really haven't heard much.
