There are headers that will go to the stock cat location and there are headers that will replace the cat and meet up with the exhaust where the cat would. Also 94-99 GSR header length is not the same as all other models.

Ls motors are fairly stout. Ive seen stock ones take up to 12 psi. You could make 230whp no problem as long as you have the right turbo.

i put in a competition stage 2 about a year ago and it has been solid since. Other popular brands are exedy and act. Like stated above what is your plan for your gsr? are you looking for a oem replacement?

right thats why i was wondering the original posters intentions. you can deff supercharge lots of people have done it but the best way to get big numbers is gunna be a turbo. if you are just into superchargers or dont like waiting on spool then go for it man.

the fronts do camber quite a bit when lowered, to add the most important thing though to save your tires is getting a alignment once you have the car settled where you like.

the cheapest adjustable height set you can buy has been said above with that combo there. another option for cheaper ACTUAL coilovers are function and form type 1s, skunk2, etc. my gsr currently runs GC custom rates with tokico illumina adjustables. similar but less popular than the koni yellows

theres still jackson superchargers floating around but why are you interested in supercharging? if its purely because you like superchargers thats one thing but if you just looking for more power via forced induction maybe you should take a look at turbochargers instead for the integras small...
