It's already lowered on what look to be Tein S.Tech springs. I didn't catch what dampers were on it but I presume they are stock based on the ride. When those blow I'll upgrade them. This car will have to go through that hell that is Wisconsin winters so I don't want to slam it too hard.
Modding is what the DC is for. I won't be modding this unless something breaks. If something breaks, I'll upgrade it. Otherwise, I'm pouring my focus into this guy:
My new daily. '07 FA5, 66k on the clock. Tinted, Skunk2 Megapower, Tein S.Techs. Clean as a whistle. No major plans for mods: HID's, maybe fogs, shifter, intake, wheels. Boom, done.
Rolling fenders isn't as scary as you may think. I did my rears with a bat in about twenty minutes. Just heat the lip up with a torch or heat gun to soften the paint first and you'll be golden.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did your rebuild end up costing? I'm about to plunge into one and am curious what other people's price points were...

Rear bumper catches air, causes rear lift. Rear lift=less weight on rear tires. Add in braking, less weight in rear.
Now, cut rear bumper. Less air caught, less lift, more weight in back, more stability under braking.
Granted, we are probably talking...
Wonder if the spongy pedal was caused by using the bigger calipers with the stock master cylinder...I'm assuming the Legends and ITRs used a bigger MC for the bigger calipers?
