tps also has the same plug as the map. try switching the plugs on the top and back of the throttle body.

what kind of wires did he use? does he have any other mods? check for vacuum leaks / cracked hoses.

theres just no way i can make a good amount of power and keep ac. no room in those ludes. the civ is pretty quick, but too ruff. figure an obd1 teg would be my best bet to make good power, keep ac and be reasonably comfortable.

peak boost > noticeable vtec

how do you know its not engaging? after you turbo, vtec becomes alot less noticeable. should check the tune to see if maybe they changed vtec point to help spool up.

yea. i had a phearable ecu. its good to get you started. you have to consider emissions in your state if you have em. most tuning platforms require you to convert to obd1. if you convert, you'll fail emissions. otherwise you will have to use a piggyback like and emanage or the aem fic. if...
