what do yo mean by "extras" just wondering cause if you go with a B18 you will have room to do any extras such as turbo's and cams and any of the mods you can dream of

yeah i could hear it turn on and i could feel heat come out of the vents but it was not blowing out. i replaced the blower motor and that was not it. then a friend of mine who had the same problem as i did told me to change the knob that is in your dash that controls the fan so it will adjust...

wow i would be frustrated to....umm check and make sure your getting fuel and if you tried to start it alot you could have made to much fuel come up so you will have to wait for it to dry up before it will start again...its hard to say exactly with not seeing the car but i would start there if...

i had the same problem....its your heater knob the one where you turn the heater fan on...its actually a fuse start with that it should fix the problem for around $40

on the throttle body you will see a flat head screw on the side slightly adjust that till you get your idle where you want it at

yeah if you got the money go with the b18c1...thats what im going with...its a fun motor...

nice stock teggy....it looks to be in good shape and not alot of rust...really good for a project...for the powersteerling fluid i would replace the hose because it was sitting and i would guess it would be leaking cause the hoses do tend to crack after time. now the mods time...it all depends...

if you replaced the throttle body i would try adjusting the throttle while the car is running it will cause your rpms to be off and will make the car run rough and then die cause its not idling right. i would start there and rule that out before anything

you could be leaking from the hose cause it is an 87 and they hoses tend to crack as the car gets older...my advise would be to take off the old hose and go to the auto parts store and get a new one...you dont have to get a new one as long as the old one is...they make the so long so it can cool...
