If it were me I would go with a full b18c swap (B series is what came with integras) but a lot of people go with K swaps which are a little more work and more expensive. I'm no expert on hondas (grew up on american muscle) so I would do some more research :lol:

looks nice, as for beefing it up, you're not gunna get much out of an ls, unless you go for a motor swap
