Will I get 250hp?
PSI is irrelavant. You say you have a DC2 so Im assuminng its the b18c motor. Those engines can safely push 300whp on a stock everything with a good tune. Anything above that is a crapshoot...it may last 3 days it may last 3 years there is no way to tell. If your goal is 250whp you should be... -

Gas Light.
ive only had the gas light come on twice and it never stayed on I hate driving my car till its that low on gas. Its always been on E before it comes on- 98_gsr

yeah man its all about the taping...i was able to paint my blades black with a red lip pretty easy. looks great in my opinion until i have enough money to buy some aftermarket wheels- 98_gsr

You are mostly correct lol, but blades started in 1998. The 1997 GS-Rs came with meshies, the only year they did that. The stock USDM/EDM/UKDM ITR wheels are 15" but the JDM 98 and ups are the only 16" integra wheel but they only came in 5 lug. (They were made by eneki and they made them in 4...- 98_gsr

suspension question
Jack the car up and put all the perches all the way down. Then take a sharpie and make a mark on the perch and count the number of turns and do each one the same amount.- 98_gsr
