Light (non-heavy/thick) white burning smelly smoke from engine bay?

I'd say residual oil that burns off, but if persists I would double check the tightness of the plug and filter.

    Car won't start

Did you disconnect any engine grounds when you were working on your fogs? I would say the ignition coil. Easy to see if theres no spark.

    Throttle sensor or ecu?

I would replace the tps then and make sure the tps and map sensor plugs didn't get switched when you installed. I've seen that happen alot Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk

    Throttle sensor or ecu?

Double check your timing. Sounds like you have a mechanical issue. Is the car obd1 or obd2? TPS doesn't really go bad unless it cracked or broken.

    Integra keeps dying help

The idle screw is what's going to keep your idle up. When you let the gas go the throttle plate is probably closing all the way when it shouldnt. And the screw is supposed to be set from the factory so that is going to take some time to play with... Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk
