you wont lose oil. there is no pressure when your car is off. think about it the oil is in your pan . the filter and sensor is above the pan so if you just remove the filter you will lose about 3/4 of a L of oil.

Not many shops will fix that under 500 bucks Depending on how Much damage i would just get a new bumper and spray that to your current paint . Prolly end up saving 400.00

A compression test tells you just your compression . So if its low you don't know where your problem is A leak down test allows for future diagnosing after a compression test to see where your problem is . Like a bent valve or bad rings or head gasket and so on .
