Just wondering how hard it is to take out oem valves in a stock b18a head? I have seen it done with two people but can't remember what tools they used? i know seeing it done with two people may not have been the "right" way but i know it came be done...ya know what i mean? I figured i can...

To make a long story short, my b18a engine is knocking and the head has one broken camshaft holder, one broken exhaust manifold stud and bad valve seals. engine damage is currently unknown until i tear it apart early next week but it is knocking for sure. so engine has to be fixed and so does...

maybe try cleaning/adjusting the fitv? thats helped my high idle dramatically and release all air in the coolant line through the bleeder that is on the upper rad hose housing? air in the coolant messes mine up a little. also try cleaning the iac that is located on the back of the intake...

possibly be wired in with the seat belt chime? that is located lower passenger side by the door. unplug it to take away the chime. i don't know if that will help but good luck man.

I did my install with just me. it helps to have little gas in the tank and I just placed the tank on the center of the jack. lifted it up as high as it would go, connected all lines and then put the straps on. I did center the sending unit holes (one on body and one on tank) while jacking it up...

worst case scenario is blown headgasket. check the head for leaks, along with leaks in the hoses, water pump, radiator, and like above said, take out and test the thermostat. and maybe test sensors and fuses for the temp gauge. good luck!

i am currently running an ebay cai. its red and the design is a knock off of the injen cai, i believe. works great and fits pretty good, the pipe from the throttle body needs to be like 2-3 inches longer and it would fit perfect instead of a small gap between the pipe and throttle body. it goes...

i believe you are talking about "freewheeling". I just google it the other day (symptoms of a starter going bad) cause mine is clickin and then nothing and then clicking and then it starts...mine is a sign of going bad. i believe yours is going bad too. everything i read on bad starters...

um maybe check connections to the dizzy and check the grounds. i believe there is a ground near the thermostat. or check the long list of things like, plugs, wires, have spark, getting fuel, fuses, grounds, main relay, fuel pump turns on, igniter, icm, rotor/cap, ecu throwing codes. hope this...

u could bleed the coolant line if u suspect air in it. i believe the bleeder is on the side of the head where the upper rad. hose connects to it. best of luck to you guys!

i checked the seats, they look nice. and the intake should bolt up no prob. as far as the deal goes, sounds pretty good. those seats are 200 a piece and your getting both and a cai for cheaper. good luck with install of everything.
