But the b16 doesn't nearly have the torque of a B18c. For a heavier car like that integra, I'd want an engine with more torque.

So you want a hood bra and a OEM nose mask? OEM ones can be a little rare and will take a little bit of searching to find one. $130-150 seems to be the median for one. An ITR one will run you about twice that and are very rare. Took me a few months of searching to find an OEM one.
