What ECU are you running? Try running one of your buddies ECU.

First off, what conversion do you have?

If your staying with stock shocks, I suggest you get springs with atleast a 2"- 2.25" drop. Coilover sleeves (especially eBay specials) with stock shocks will become a really bouncy rough ride after your shock blows. With that tire size you might have some scrubbing issues if you go too low.

Thats Voltage Blue. Personally I would keep the car because that color is pretty rare and looks to be in good condition exterior wise. I would drop in a newer motor and tranny before the mods. If funds are tight, I would atleast replace the transmission first, it sounds like it will go out...

The DA suspension on your DC will be perfectly fine. You will have to use the DA forks for the fronts and the rear is the same. Height wise, just adjust to your preference. If its really a good deal, I would pick it up.

Sounds like a bad alternator. Especially with the dimming, and starting issue. Get the alternator tested.

If it sounds weak while starting, I would definitely start with changing the battery. Start from there...

I think the alarm should come first, then wheels. Its a cold world out there. You have to protect whats yours.

Welcome. Looks to be a nice solid Integra to start with. The next mod on the list, should be a nice coilover suspension setup. You will love it much more, and maybe later on down the road...a nice set of aftermarket wheels will set it off.

That would be the shock sensor for the alarm.

If its bank 1, its the o2 sensor on the downpipe of your exhaust manifold/header. Bank 2 is the o2 sensor on the catalytic convertor. In your case replace the bank 1, the sensor 2 part is just stating why its bad.

Just go to autozone and pick up a new hose. That oil leaking on to the tranny sounds more like a bad cam seal, more than it being a valve cover gasket.
